Recently it was brought to our attention that the tip charges were not being processed. We had our processing company and our POS software company look into this, and they found a glitch where the tips were showing on a customers receipt, but was not actually getting charged for the tips to their credit card.
So, prior to processing and charging any customers, we want to share this statement, and apologize ahead of time that if you see a charge now or going forward, please note, it is for the tip that was not initially charged. We spent the past week going over each charge, and to ensure no one is being double charged. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please understand that our staff rely on this income for their salary. We should have dealt with this sooner, but we were only made aware of the matter and actually found the glitch in recent days.
